Shipping policy

By placing an order with Luxe Avenue, you are accepting our Shipping Policy.

HOW WE SHIP

We process and ship all of our orders through either UPS or USPS.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Luxe Avenue values your business and makes every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. We promise to ship all orders within 3 business days of payment Monday through Friday unless stated otherwise.  Weekends and holidays do not count. After your order has been processed, please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive your order although orders usually arrive sooner. You will receive an email and tracking number once your order ships. Please note that although rare, processing times can be extended due to order volume or courier delays.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping may be requested by emailing us at shipping@luxeavehairco.com. If we are able to accommodate your request, expedited shipping is an additional charge and must be paid for immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Expedited shipping is handled directly by the carrier, UPS and USPS. If the carrier fails to deliver the package by the promised date, you may be able to file a claim with them to be reimbursed on shipping.

INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS

Luxe Avenue is NOT responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of a incorrect or undeliverable address.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a courier returns a package, we can not guarantee that we will be able to retrieve it. In the event that we are able to retrieve the package, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.

Please note that we will not issue any replacements or refunds for issues surrounding incorrect or undeliverable address.

LOST, MISSING, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Luxe Avenue promises to ship your order and inform you of a way to track your delivery in a timely manner. However, Luxe Avenue will not be held responsible in the event where your package is believed to be lost, stolen, or goes missing after the carrier marks it as delivered. We are also not responsible for any packages that are deemed lost.

If you believe your package has been lost, stolen or misplaced, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with USPS or UPS and file a police report if necessary. We do not initiate claims on behalf of the customer. Luxe Avenue will not issue refunds or replacements once the package has been scanned as received by the courier.

INSURANCE

All packages include up to $100 in insurance. If your order is worth more than $100, the carrier will only reimburse you $100.

To insure that our customers are protected, we offer you the option of purchasing additional insurance through a 3rd party. Please note that you must purchase insurance during checkout. You will not be able to add insurance once you have completed your order.

If you purchased additional insurance and you need to file a claim, you can do so by contacting the insurance provider directly. They will reach out to us if they need additional information. We do not initiate any claims on behalf of the customer.
