Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds unless you receive the incorrect product.
DAMAGES AND INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We go through a quality assurance process to ensure orders are accurate and undamaged but sometimes mistakes can happen. In the rare event that we send you a incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery so we can rectify the situation. If you do not reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery, we will NOT be held liable for any damages or mistakes that may have occurred.
To start a return, please send your order number and a picture of the item you received to returns@luxeavehairco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once you receive a return label, you must drop your item off to USPS within 2 business days or we will NOT accept your return. A return that is not sent off within 2 business days of receiving the label will be rejected and can be sent back to the customer at their expense. If the customer refuses to pay the shipping expense to receive their items back, the items will be discarded. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please allow us a few days to inspect the item. Upon inspection, you will receive a store credit. Store credits do not expire.
